  • Gamma Electronics Systems, a company specializing in consumer electronics that eventually went public. The company developed a proprietary technology entitled B.A.S.E. that was widely used in the professional segment of the entertainment field. The company was eventually merged into a conglomerate of sound technology companies.

  • Co-founder and President of Pho-T-Graphics, a company that pioneered the technique for the transfer of customer’s photographic images to a T-shirt. The company formulated and implemented a marketing strategy through Thrifty Drug Stores photography departments. Prior to its sale, the company had outlets in 128 Thrifty Drug Store locations.

  • Car Rental Direct; expansion from one locations to twenty locations and subsequent sale to a public company.

  • The restructure and sale of KD Pools, and sale to a French conglomerate.

  • The restructure and sale of Xiron Corporation Inc., among others in transactions.

  • Founder and partner in Geronimo's nightclubs; the 20,000 square foot facilities featured live music for the dance floor, with restaurant and bar. Geronimo's expanded to 4 locations in California.

  • Marco Pollo quick serve, roasted chicken restaurants; capitalized the company to expand the chain that was subsequently sold.

  • Business strategy consulting in areas such as product development, channel distribution, market expansion, capitalization and strategic acquisitions for companies including Flow Matrix, Big Daddy, Emanuel Steward Boxing Gyms, Drive Entertainment and PBC Concepts.

 

  • In the marketing and branding arena: a roll-up to create a significant West Coast office for a large, independent, integrated marketing services firm.

  • Partner in a large regional multiple-office communications firm which became a North American unit of a European global holding company.

  • Partnership in R&R Partners, the Las Vegas firm best known for its “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” campaign for the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, and other clients such as The Boeing Company, Western Digital, Norwegian Cruise Lines and others.

  • Campaign management to iconic brands such Bank of America, The Howard Hughes Corporation, Cap Cana (30-thousand-acre master-planned community in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic), On the Border Mexican Cantinas and TXU Energy, among others.

  • Promotional experience for the gaming industry that includes; The Arizona Lottery, as well as Del Webb’s Mint Casino Hotel Las Vegas, 4 Bears Casino in North Dakota and Cypress Bayou Casino & Shorty’s in Louisiana.​
